Why use TrickCam instead of the native camera?
TrickCam connects recording with organization: tag Make or Bail and the rider right after each take. Your clips are sorted by session and rider before you have to search through your camera roll later.
Do I need a Plus subscription?
No. Once you buy the app, you can record, tag Make or Bail, organize, watch and export clips. Plus is an optional subscription for additional features. Pricing and features vary by platform and are shown before purchase in the store or app.
Does Voice Tagging work at a noisy spot?
Wind, background noise, distance and your device affect recognition. Say “Make” or “Bail” clearly and test it at your spot. Perfect recognition in every environment is not guaranteed. You can still tag using the buttons.
Do I need an account or internet?
You do not need a TrickCam account or internet to record and organize. Installation, purchases and store entitlement checks may require a connection to the relevant store.
Where do my clips go?
Recordings and session data stay locally on your device. There is no automatic cloud upload. You choose what to share or export and are responsible for your backups.
